Responsibilities/Description:
As a Service Representative you will partner with one of our insurance business partners onsite to represent Hertz and facilitate the rental process. You will maintain and grow strong relationships with your business partner, provide outstanding customer service and generate increased business. This is a growth orientated opportunity in ourorganization and is positioned to lead to an exciting career path at Hertz.
Entry-level position with opportunities to grow.Work with sales and operations to further the relationship with the insurance company.Develop strong relationships within the insurance account.Potentially conduct joint calls with claim center personnel to network body shops.Provide insight to the local and national sales teams involving strategic initiatives that could further drive revenue and increase market share.Assist with scheduling meetings with Claim Center Management and attend these meetings to provide additional account knowledge. This person will “own” the account.Responsible for assisting the insurance company’s employees with any rental concerns which include assistance on extensions and receivable questions. This position must be willing to be the “point person” for adjusters and management through an interoffice support presence.Ensure we are capturing all revenue opportunities (reservations) sent to Hertz. Will be in communication with local HLE branches and Hertz Replacement Desk as necessary.Work a daily rental management workload, ensuring that rentals are extended appropriately, that the customer is aware of policy max date or final day, and that the rental is correctly managed from open to close.Help drive reservation capture.Admin duties:
HIRMS workload. Meet completion and quality requirements.
Manage accounts receivable / billing for their account.
Duties specific to account (if have access to claims system / diaries / etc.).
Sales duties: Build strong relationship for Hertz within claims office.
Ultimate goal is to yield positive revenue growth and increase market share.
May require sales calls outside the claims office. Other Responsibilities
Identify opportunities and implement initiatives to grow revenue and market share.
Manage and facilitate the rental process for assigned insurance business partner.
Liaise with rental locations and with various internal and external clients to carry out rental initiatives and resolve issues.
Act as primary contact for business partner customer support.
Perform daily administrative activities; conduct phone calls, collect receivables and ensure account rental management is up to date.
Explore and implement new ways to improve customer service, improve metrics and create value for the business partner.
Partner with Sales Account Representatives to carry out marketing initiatives. Mandatory Requirements: Education
