Human Resource Manager
Housing Authority of the City of Camden
Full-time position reports to the Executive Director and provides advice and counsel on all personnel issues. Duties include recommending and implementing human resource policies and practices involving recruitment, compensation, benefits, and labor and management relations. Serves as the key point of contact to execute transactions between employees and benefit providers while ensuring employee payroll deductions and payments are made timely and accurately; and reported to NJ Pension and Benefits Program. Strong analytical skills are required for synthesizing complex or diverse information, using applicable systems/software, including use of EXCEL Lookup functions pivot tables and other relational database tools including ADP custom report generation. Experience with all elements of ADP payroll processing systems, or equivalent, preferred. Applicants with an appropriate combination of education and managerial HR experience, including NJ employment, and professional HR certifications are encouraged to apply.
