Candidate will be working in the Hertz Rental Car Maintenance Department as a Maintenance Clerk. Current job duties include, but are not limited to:
Send and receive calls from vendorsProcess paperwork for vehicles being sent for repairCommunicate regularly with Body Appraisers and Maintenance Managers on vehicles vended for repairsScan vehicle paperwork into electronic databaseDaily follow-up of all overdue vehicles - mechanical and body damageManage purchase orders for goods not receivedIssue and control documents for vehicle movementsData entry to include entering documents into Salvage program
Mandatory Requirements Essential Requirements
Strong typing skillsStrong organizational skills and have the ability to multitask in a busy officeProficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and PowerpointFlexible to work between 7AM-6PM M-F, Saturday as needed and holidays Experience in automotive industry a plus!
