Next Generation Ministries is hiring administrative staff for our growing office. The position involves assisting our directors to support the educational work of our ministry organization, Next Generation Ministries. Duties will include, but are not limited to, answering phones and doors, contacting parents and partners with information, ongoing data entry and data management, assisting with inventory and facility management, and the accurate maintenance of records and paperwork to ensure compliance with our regulating agencies and to ensure the health and safety of our students and staff. We are taking applications for both part time and full time positions.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience with clerical work or office management. The candidate should have professional etiquette, strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, desire to grow in the job, flexibility in daily job tasks, ability to manage one’s own work. There is room for growth into management for the right individual.
Full-time and part-time office staff must be willing to work either the opening or closing shifts. This position will likely begin part-time with the possibility of full-time.
