We are looking for a full charge bookkeeper with QuickBooks experience who will be handling all accounting functions for the company. Must be able to work independently and communicate with the owners with regards to cash flow, receivables, and financials. Time management skills are essential. The range of responsibilities includes the following:
- Customer Invoicing
- Accounts receivable & collections
- Bank reconciliations
- Human resources- benefits, health insurance, 401K Administration
- Payroll & commissions
- Sales Tax reporting
- 5+ years Experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper/Finance Manager
- 5+ years accounting and finance experience with QuickBooks
- Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
- Thorough knowledge of Excel
- Salesforce experience preferred.
