Responsible for supporting the achievement of the Marketing Department’s goals to include enhancing the image of Peirce College, attracting students and driving enrollment, increasing financial support and building relationships with key groups. Handles multiple projects, meets deadlines, and works effectively in a fast-paced environment. Assists the Director, Marketing and Communications with the production and implementation of the College’s media plan and creative campaigns, adhering to budgets, deadlines and approval processes. Develops, implements and reports on SEO and SEM campaigns and other digital marketing initiatives. Oversees website updates within the CMS. Manages relationships with external vendors, including negotiating pricing, developing creative briefs and preparation documents, conducting project briefings and keeping project to deadline. Develops and implements campaigns on behalf of the College’s strategic initiatives. Works with internal colleagues to develop strategy, budget and timeline and oversee production and distribution of materials, mailings, etc. Coordinates lead generation initiatives and works closely with internal admissions departments. Works closely with College partners to drive leads and enrollment from local institutions. Works with Institutional Advancement team to ensure digital support for fundraising, employer relations, alumni relations, as necessary. Provides graphic design and copy writing support, as needed.
