We are looking for an experienced Financial Controller to be a key team member. Reporting to the CFO and would
provide the leadership to develop, implement and sustain the Company’s Financial Business Plan and Accounting
The Controller will be responsible for the Company’s financial operations and will support the CFO by creating and
supporting processes to manage the business through measurable, actionable objectives. The Controller will ensure
the appropriate “financial due diligence” is applied to all business decisions and will maintain the integrity of the
reported information. This will include, but not be limited to:
Key Roles and Responsibilities
Coordinate and prepare the annual budget consolidation and system upload and financial forecasts and
Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements including consolidation.
Support month-end and year-end close process.
Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting.
Responsible for clean Audits results, lead inventory counts for year end.
Responsible for Corporate tax filing, State – including FBAR reporting.
Maintain P. notes, Loans, Interco Agreements, Liens and lending.
Interco charges applied and transfer pricing documents are maintained accurately and appropriately.
Maintains systems and controls that verify the integrity of all systems, processes and data, and enhance the
Contribute to an informed management by furnishing, interpreting, and analyzing financial information on
the results of operations, forecasts, taxes and cash flow projections.
Respond to CFO as assigned with accurate and timely work to facilitate his/her needs.
Key Qualifications and Skills
BA/BS Degree in Accounting, Finance or related major from a four year college or university. An ACA,
CPA or a post graduate degree is preferred.
7 years+ related business experience, with a proven track record and accomplishments in the area of
finance and accounting.
Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
Experience with creating financial statements, GL, and month-end/year end close.
Excellent accounting software and administration skills.
Analytical Decision Making / Problem Solving: Use of analytical tools to assist in decision making and
Sound knowledge of financial accounting systems. NetSuite and EDI experience will be preferred.
Proven ability to manage strategic projects and collaborate with cross functional teams.
Advanced PC skills including spreadsheets and database management.
Strong knowledge of US GAAP, statutory requirements, internal controls, operational risk assessment, and
